I’m Swee San and I LOVE food! I’m a Malaysian Chinese and being one, our first question upon meeting is always “have you eaten?”. This is how we ask “how are you?”. I gratuated from Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney in Diplome de Patisserie more than 10 years ago and truthfully, cakes are my forte. I enjoyed baking but there’s only so much I can bake or eat everyday. I ventured more into cooking because I feel that cooking brings joy to people around you and I want to dig further into my roots; Easy Asian Cooking.
Food nourishes, food connects and food brings people together. Be it sharing a meal, cooking together or just grocery shopping. I like cooking simple meals and also complicated ones but in all, I just want to share this with you, I want to bring the joy of cooking, to YOU!
