I’m Swee San and I LOVE food! I’m a Malaysian Chinese and being one, our first question upon meeting is always “have you eaten?”. This is how we ask “how are you?”. I gratuated from Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney in Diplome de Patisserie more than 10 years ago and truthfully, cakes are my forte. I enjoyed baking but there’s only so much I can bake or eat everyday.
